~: About Me :~

I am an Electronics & Communication engineer and working aslecturer in Electronics & radio eng. (L.E.R.E (GES CL-2)) at Government Polytechnic, Amreli (Gujarat). I have completed my degree in May 2002 from "DDITUniversity", Nadiad (Gujarat). I started work on remote controlled based projects when I was in my last semester (December-2001). I was under the training at "Plasma Research Institute", Bhat, Gandhinagar (INDIA). My first project was 'Remotely Operated Robo-Vehicle'. From there, the journey has begun and I think it will never end.
After completing graduation I was little busy in different jobs and
preparation of competitive exams, but again from Febuary-2004 I started working on remote controlled projects. The idea was to develop a universal kind of remote control that can be used for any application, May be industrial or general purpose.
As I was working in manufacturing industry related to industrial automation & motion control, I was willing to design a remote control system that can be used in any industry to control any specific application from a remote and a safe place.
For this, I have established a small research laboratory in my room in which I have all the necessary equipments needed to develop these projects. Like personal computer (PC), Atmel programmer, P89V51RD2 based training kit, bread board, multi-meter, soldering gun, Micro-controller 89C51 testing & training board, various power supplies (battery, adapter and regulated power supplies) etc. Also obviously all the necessary soft wares like real time micro-controller simulator, KEIL (IDE), circuit designing tools (like multisim, EWB, circuit maker, eagle etc.), C/C++ complier, Visual studio and lot more. After 16 months of long time in June-2005 I could successfully implement these remote controls.
Now a days I am designing and developing small embedded systems with help of my students. I encourage them to build real time applications. And whatever they develop I publish on my site. So I can assure you to give something new every time when you visit this web-site.
There are many more to come. So stay tuned......
Keep in touch.
